Research Safety Refresher Training Program

Introduction: 

All research employees are required to take the Consolidated Research Safety training program on an annual basis. This training is designed to be applicable to those who are associated with research, whether or not they work with animals and/or radiation. The issues to be discussed on these points will have potential relevance to all.  Your first years program must be via the classroom training held monthly. This on-line training refresher course is recognized as fulfilling your annual retraining requirements. The PowerPoint slide show will cover the following Training Topics:

Compliance Overview,
General Lab Safety,
Biological Safety,
Bloodborne Pathogens,
Radiation Safety and
Employee & Occ. Health Services

Please complete the quiz component to show your knowledge of the material and to automatically renew your annual certification.
