Introduction: 

The following BID-Needham Recertification Module is part of the yearly recertification for all employees trained in PIV catheter usage. The training module consists of instructional material followed by a quiz. At the completion of the quiz, please print a copy of the certification for yourself and forward via email or hardcopy your certificate to your manager verifying you have completed the training. If you any questions, please see your manager.
