Our group is interested in genomic and proteomic analysis of cancer. We apply microarray, mass spectrometry and bioinformatic approaches to discover clinically relevant cancer phenotypes, and identify and validate diagnsotic, predictive and prognostic biomarkers. Our primary focues has been on two diseases, ovarian cancer and sarcoma.
