Abstract:
All clones produced in human cell line.
F223: Antibody reacts with HIV envelope proteins but it is not clear whether it is gp-120 or gp41. The antibody does not neutralize HIV.
F424: Antibody reacts with HIV envelope proteins but it is not clear whether it is gp-120 or gp41 but does not neutralize HIV.
F425A1: This antibody produced in human cell line neutralizes HIV upon binding to the v3 loop of gp120.
F425B4A1g8: Produced in human cell line. This HIV neutralizing antibody reacts to the g120 epitope exposed upon CD4 binding.
F425B4e8: This antibody binds to V3 loop of gp120 and it potentially neutralizes HIV.
