Abstract:

Mouse IgG2a antibodies that work well for flow cytometry, immunoprecipitation, western blotting applications and in vitro activation of proliferation and cytokine production. Both clones co-stimulate T cells in a similar fashion but clone 330-AJ has better affinity.
