Major Research Theme
| My primary interests are to investigate the role of lifestyle factors - particularly alcohol consumption - and candidate genetic and biochemical pathways on the incidence and prognosis of cardiovascular and neurovascular disease and its risk factors. This has included population-level observational studies and patient-level clinical trials, with inclusion of both healthy individuals and those with established risk factors or clinical disease. |
